General Terms & Conditions

  1. All price stated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude shipment fee or postage charge. We will inform the shipping cost in addition to Customer’s total order after check out.
  2. Item will only reserved for 1×24 hours, if payment is not made within 1×24 hours of confirmation, the item will be released.
  3. Colors of actual batik pieces might vary due to photographic lighting or different computer resolution, therefore we appreciate your understanding. Please also note that because the handmade nature of Batik, any variations, imperfection, discolorations and differences in color may also occur on each production.
  4. All items sent are in good condition thus we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred during 3rd party delivery.
  5. For Indonesian customers, payment can be made via bank transfer to BCA or MANDIRI BANK.
    For overseas customers, payment can be made via Western Union (WU) or global remittance to BCA or MANDIRI BANK (Indonesia).
  6. Upon successful payment, please notify us by email through text message +62 8777 1727 707 by stating your Name and Order Reference Number.
  7. We ship on Monday through Friday. Payment confirmation received on Weekends and Holidays will be checked and process on the next business day.
  8. No cancellation or changes when full payment has been made. Refund is allowed only under certain unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Ready Stock
    Your order will be sent out within 48 hours on working days once we received your payment confirmation in full amount.
    Please allow up to 24 hours for us to check your payment, do quality control of your merchandise and pack your order before we deliver them on next day the latest.
  • Made to Order
    Please contact us through our Contact Form or phone for further information.
  • Courier Service
    • For Indonesia Area, we deliver using Regular JNE (
      Please allow up to 3 working days for shipment in JABODETABEK area and up to 5 working days to other cities depend on the destination.
    • For Other Countries – International Area, we deliver using EMS POS (
      Please allow up to 15 working days after shipment. Delay might occur during public holidays.
  • Customer will receive confirmation once the order has been dispatched with tracking information.
  • Batik Etnik do not take responsibility if the courier unable to deliver ontime due to incomplete, misspelled or no recipient at the address specified by Customer. Customer may check the tracking information and call the Customer Service of our 3rd Party Logistic to directly settle the issue.


Return Policy

  • All accessories and items purchased on Sale are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please do read all the measurement on the product detail.
  • Return can be made if the goods sent to customer is different from order.
  • Please notify us within 7 days after you receive the product with detail information of return indication.
  • We will response to your notification and only after Customer receive our reply then the product can be returned. We will give the designated address for return purpose.
  • Upon our confirmation, Customer will be provided 7 days to send the product back.
  • The returned product need to be remained unworn, unwashed with all the tags and packaging attached.
  • Incase the ordered product is sold out and no other option for replacement, we will refund the payment via Bank Transfer. All the taxes and duties charged for international area will be borne by Customer.

Launching on July 2016 At the moment, this is a demo store for testing purposes — no orders shall be fulfilled.
