  • The model I would like to order is out of stock. How long before it is available again?
  • Unfortunately, it depends on the specific model, and we cannot always provide exact amount of time. Please contact our customer service through our Contact Form to find out when the model you’d like to order will be available or we can custom made it for you

  • When will the new model came out?
  • Currently there’s no particular schedule for our new models to came out. Keep an eye on our website and social media for exciting new launches.

  • Is there any additional charge for personalized item and how long does it take to produce?
  • Yes, there is additional charge for personalized item and it will take about 2 (two) weeks minimum to produce (shipment period excluded).

  • Do you ship internationally?
  • YES WE DO!
    Batik Etnik ships to almost everywhere in the world. For overseas customers, we ship via EMS by POS INDONESIA. The estimated delivery time is 7-15 days. But during peak seasons and holiday period, we cannot guarantee the shipping time. Batik Etnik is not responsible for the collection or payment of destination duties and taxes. All extra charges will be the responsibility of purchaser.

  • Where does Batik Etnik products came from and which currency are the product priced at?
  • Batik Etnik products are come from Indonesia. All of the products are priced out in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

  • What payments are accepted?
  • For Indonesian customers, payment can be made via bank transfer to BCA or MANDIRI BANK. For overseas customers, payment can be made via Paypal, Western Union (WU) or global remittance to BCA or MANDIRI BANK (Indonesia).

 

How to Order

  • You can browse our product by their types.
  • Once you have found an item you like to order, you can click on “ADD TO CART” button. Continue to browse and click on the button for every single item you wish to order.
  • You can view your cart by clicking the “CART” link at Top Right of the page.
  • Review your items, and you can “REMOVE ITEMS” to delete it from the shopping bag.
  • If you are done – simply click “PROCEED TO ORDER” to complete your order, and select type of your payment & bank account which you prefered.
  • Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee you to purchase it.The item is purchase once it is checked out.
  • Fill in your details from your name, address and phone number. Click “SUBMIT”. When the transaction is confirmed, the order number is communicated throughout website to enable tracking of the order at all times.
  • You will then be viewed to the order track. Order track provides details of your order code, and a note that we will review your orders and that we will check the Stocks Availability.
  • We do our best to serve each items of your orders. But please note that each photo has limited stocks. It happens that there are items that can not be served due to Out of Stock or Sold Out.
  • We will send the Order Confirmation (the confirmed available items) and Payment Details to your email address. Hence, please check your emails in 1x24hours.
  • We received payment via BCA, Mandiri, and Paypal (for international customers only)
  • Displayed product’s price not yet includes Shipping Fee. Our shipping fees apply the same rates as offered by Courier Services. We usually use JNE Indonesia and Post Indonesia for International customers.
  • You also can sign up your details for next purchase at the right top of the page.
  • Price of each item may change without announcement
